For the realization of this project, I am looking for a contract with an interested, future-oriented company According to my ideas, the project will be structured in three phases as follows (the mentioned payments may be negotiated): Phase 1 Completion of the contract, transfer of the rights, handing over of the construction drawings The contract stipulates the granting of an exclusive, unlimited license for the use of the patent rights. This is done in return for a single payment of € 20'000, plus lifelong payable license fees of € 30'000 per year, due for the first time on receipt of the complete construction drawings including a cost estimate for the prototype production. (My very rough today's estimate is about € 200'000.) Phase 2 Construction and testing of the first prototype I guarantee the feasibility of the prototype construction inasmuch as I provide functionally necessary adaptations of the drawings free of charge. Furthermore, I am available as a project manager during 450 h/y (= working hours per year) without additional costs; an increase to at most 900 h/y is possible according to your wishes for a charge of 66,67 €/h. – If, contrary to expectations, the construction of a functional prototype should not be possible within a reasonable period, you are free of all future debts, while all rights remain with you. Phase 3 Further development For further development, I shall be available on similar conditions as in phase 2, according to your wishes and my possibilities. Weiterhin stehe ich Ihnen während dieser Phase als Projektleiter zur Verfügung; dies während 450 h/a (= Arbeitsstunden pro Jahr) ohne zusätzliche Kosten, eine Aufstockung auf höchstens 900 h/a ist auf Ihren Wunsch zu einem Satz von 66,67 €/h möglich. – Sollte der Bau eines funktionsfähigen Prototyps wider Erwarten nicht innert nützlicher Frist gelingen, sind Sie von jeglichen weiteren Zahlungsverpflichtungen befreit, während alle Rechte bei Ihnen verbleiben. Phase 3 Weiterentwicklung Für die Weiterentwicklung stehe ich auf Ihren Wunsch und nach meinen Möglichkeiten zu vergleichbaren Konditionen wie in Phase 2 weiterhin zur Verfügung.
